Cats and Dogs Accepted. $300.00 non-refundable pet fee, $30.00 monthly pet rent. Cats must be spayed or neutered and declawed. Dogs: No aggressive breeds which includes (American Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Akitas, Cane Corsos, Presa Canarios, Bull Mastiffs, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, German Shepards, Boxers, Malamutes, Huskies, Dalmatians, Chow Chows, Fila Brasileiros, and Wolf Hybrids). Call manager for details. Limit 2 (total) pets.No weight restrictions but we do have breed restrictions
